Weight loss doesn’t have to always be somebody else’s goal. You don’t have to be that person who dreads putting on a bathing suit, or turns down invitations because your self-confidence is in a slump. If you have been following me for a while you know I am always trying different plans and working daily on my goals. It is frustrating but I keep going!

I am going to share some quick fun facts and hopefully inspire you to keep going too! Lord knows it is HARD Work!!!

Here are some fun facts about weight loss and your health:

  • It only takes about 30 minutes of exercise a day to dramatically improve your health and start dropping pounds and losing fat.
  • You can still enjoy a wide variety of delicious and well prepared foods while losing weight. The key is portion control and choosing healthy, whole foods that will nourish your body.
  • You don’t have to go low-carb OR low-fat to lose weight. Instead, steer clear of simple carbs like table sugar and white flour. Replace those with whole grains like brown rice, sweet potatoes and orange squash.

Your body will function better when you’re the optimum size for good health. When you’re able to maintain a healthy weight, you’ll get the following benefits:

• Looking and feeling younger
• Looking better in your clothing
• Having more confidence in general
• Better physical condition
• Improved sex life
• Stronger immunity
