Koreselect Balance Red Ginseng

product received for review consideration

Over the past 15 years or so I have really I had issues with my legs due to swelling and some Lymphedema. It is horrible.

It began showing up when I started sitting for long periods of time on the computer. I didn’t realize how much muscle definition I was losing and how much I was swelling. My legs and lower body are affected the most.

I always try to keep moving as much as possible now to keep that circulation going. My eating plan has greatly improved my lymphedema and I am hoping to recover some definition in my legs at some point in my life.

But I was interested in this product that works on menopause relief, focus, and also circulation, which I explained above.

Koreselect Balance Red Ginseng

Koreselect Balance for menopause relief, focus, and circulation with Korean Red Ginseng

This is a product from Korea Ginseng Corporation which is the number one ginseng brand with over 120 years producing root ginseng. So I really wanted to check this out to see if it was something that could help balance everything out in my body. Hence the name “Koreselect Balance”.

Red ginseng is a product of Korea. The red ginseng is actually considered to be highly known for its medicinal benefits. I found a list of some of the benefits of red ginseng and it’s quite astounding.

Red Ginseng Benefits

Illuminatelabs.com and healthline.com listed out several benefits of red ginseng including some memory and cognitive improvement if taken for long periods of time. Improvement in overall energy. Reduction in inflammation. Possible reduction in blood sugar levels. Some research has even suggested improvement with erectile dysfunction and some cancers.

What we do know is that ginseng is an herbal supplement that has been taken for centuries so there’s got to be reasons that the root of the ginseng plant has been grown, harvested, and used for specific health benefits, such as inflammation and energy improvement.

The product also contains plant-based ingredients, such as peony root extract and bamboo leaf extract, which are known to help provide menopause relief. That is a great addition and another reason I wanted to try this product.

What are my thoughts regarding Koreselect Balance?

But one of the things I looked at was the fact this has 661 mg of Korean red ginseng root. They also include approximately 251 mg of specific extracts of plants for the menopause support. I don’t like any other additional items added to my supplements and this seemed pretty clean. There are a few ingredients added for storage such as cellulose, dextran, glycol, and sorbitol. And they use veggie capsules, which is a plus.

I had no interactions with any other supplements that I take. This does give a little bit of lift in the energy department. I have not really seen much in the cognitive area yet and I’m definitely looking forward to assistance with inflammation.

The benefits of red ginseng root is highly encouraging to me. I could definitely see myself taking this product for years to come. One of the things that I dislike is this only is a 15 day supply per bottle. I would definitely need a larger bottle!

However, I feel the combination of these ingredients would bring gentle herbal improvement to menopausal women when added to your daily regimen over time.
