Healthy Creamy Ranch Dressing Recipe

Healthy Creamy Ranch Dressing with cut veggies

Salads and lighter eating is totally a part of aging and the summer heat. So it is no wonder that we tend to eat a lot of veggies and salads.

I, for one, love my ranch dressing. I use a lot of the Bolthouse Farms brand, but I also love to make my own recipe too. But mine is loaded with the wrong kind of fats.

So I found a healthier option for you!. From the ladies at LeanHealthyAgeless, comes this fresh made and tasty recipe. Full of the good stuff!

Enjoy!

Healthy Creamy Ranch Dressing with cut veggies

Creamy Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup avocado mayonnaise ( try Primal Kitchen or for a little sweeter mayo Chosen Foods)
  • 1/3 canned coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Add all ingredients to a jar or container that has a lid. Stir together until blended.  Put lid on jar and shake to thoroughly combine! Chill for 30 min before serving.  Store in refrigerator.

Reducing Tip
Thin out this dressing by adding some unsweetened coconut milk from the carton. Not only does it make the dressing go further, it reduces the calories per tablespoon.
