Enzos Seasoning Blends for the Home Cook

If you cook often, then you know, sometimes we get tired of the same seasoning blends.

I have my standards that I enjoy – my go-to flavors. I even gifted seasonings to my son when he first moved into his house with his girlfriend, because those are the flavors he grew up with, and it would be a great start for them.

I like to check out new flavors, just like people who enjoy barbecue like to do. There’s a ton of barbecue seasonings out on the market right now, but there’s really not a whole lot of custom blends for home cooking. So I was excited to find this near where I live and give it a try.

Enzo’s Seasonings provide gourmet spice blends to make home cooking easier and kind of tastier, too. Unique mixes are crafted by the owner, who has a background in food and loves to cook.

He offers a bunch of different flavors such as Enzo‘s Red Ass Chili, his Taco Taco Seasoning, his Love You Honey blend, and the All Things Mediterranean blend. There are a few more flavor profiles in his shop, too.

He also carries some great kitchen utensils that are heavy-duty for the home kitchen. I really love his barbecue apron too – fun!

I decided to check out the Cattleman’s Choice, which is a seasoning inspired by a Santa Margarita blend, which is a California blend.

This one is great for the steak lover, but it’s definitely something you can use with any type of meat that would benefit from a beautiful blend of salt, pepper, and garlic.

The foods I normally eat are high-protein meats, so the other day I was making up some hamburgers and added this for my seasoning blend.

I love the chunky bits of sea salt, pepper, and the garlic is not overwhelming, which is nice. It was delicious on my burger, and I’ve also tried it on tri-tip steak, and just as tasty as well.

What is unique is that this product does not have a bunch of extra ingredients that is unnecessary. Just the spices; pure and simple.
