I know how hard it is to get out of the house in the morning. Sometimes we give up eating properly because we’re so rushed.

Plus, there are some times that I don’t feel like cooking or wanting to make anything healthy. Let’s be honest here.

But what if you could make something within five minutes? Something wholesome, fast to whip up, and super filling with those high-quality high-protein ingredients. Would you do it?

It’s exactly what happened to me today. I did not want to cook anything for lunch and really thought about hitting the drive-through ,but instead I came home and made this in literally five minutes. Here’s the ingredients and how you can do it too.

5 Minute High Protein Meal Recipe

Let’s make scrambled eggs – in the pan with some butter. Once they had a soft scramble and mainly cooked through, add your cheese. Stir it around until it melts for a second and then throw your tortilla on top so that it warms up just a tad and becomes a little pliable, if needed. Then just scoop it up with your hands, add your hot sauce and wrap it up.

You can totally eat this on the go. Make it ahead of time and have it wrapped ready to go to work. However, you want to do it. Grab a piece of fruit and off you go!

It’s super easy if you have everything already prepped for the week. If you like bacon, fry up a pound of bacon and chop it up, and have it ready to throw into this. Same with the sausage links or something like that.

I always keep shredded cheese in my house anyway. I shred it myself so I don’t get all the drying icky stuff from the pre-shredded bags.

I always keep these tortilla wraps on hand, because they are the highest fiber and lowest in carbs. I don’t like the white low-carb ones from Mission or similar because they’re too thick. These are nice and thin. I also use them for sandwiches, enchiladas, tacos, etc. They go with anything and everything.
