One of the hardest things about eating any type of food program is deciding what to eat on a regular basis. Especially if you’re hungry right now and you just want to dive into that bag of chips.

I am not a fan of cooking any more than I need to. I am the queen of creating simple, but delicious meals that will fill you up, satisfy you, and keep you on plan. Even my husband is embracing this new way of eating.

Here are two easy meals that you can prepare for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It doesn’t matter.

2 Quick Clean Keto Meals

I think one of the hardest concepts is to say X type of food is for breakfast or X type of food is only for dinner.

We have to break away from what we were taught. We also have to break away from telling ourselves we have to eat three times a day.

I am of the firm commitment that I eat when I’m hungry. If that’s once a day then it’s once a day.

Most of the time I eat once a day and I’m satisfied because of the amount of protein that I eat at each meal.

Going back to my point here. Check out these two quick and easy recipes that literally take you five to ten minutes max.

Scrambled Eggs with Garlic, Tomato, and Sausage

The first one is scrambled eggs with garlic and tomato. If you would like to add some cheese, you can do that. This was sided with some sausage.

Super easy and can be eaten for any meal

Cottage Cheese, Blueberries, and Walnuts

I haven’t shared the second one with you in a while but I’ve been eating this for a long time.

This is a blend of cottage cheese with frozen blueberries and walnuts.

It’s a type of “cereal” if you want to call it that, but again, this can be eaten as a side to any meal or as a snack. I used to eat it for breakfast all the time. Last night I needed a quick snack as I was hungry.

This is also loaded with protein. The blueberries are so good for you. The walnuts we need for the minerals and health benefits. Plus, Coco approves too! LOL

Don’t get stuck in the rut of compartmentalizing your food. Be open and enjoy the fresh foods that are going to taste so much better than that burger or burrito.
