I have to admit, I have been struggling again. I really need to get my mind straight.
I know what I need to do but I am so weak when it comes to sugar. Guilt when my hubby cooks for me. Then anger and frustration when I fall off the plan again! Ugggh!
In reality, I know this Eat Like a Bear and intermittent fasting plan works for me! The food is loaded with fiber, protein, greens, and nutrition. It works better than anything I have done!
So I thought I would inspire myself, and you too, with some Ridiculously Big Salad ideas, also known as RBS.
RBS Salad Inspiration
The great thing is there really is not much that is off-limits in terms of veggies. You can load your salad with your favorite greens, coleslaw, broccoli slaw, and the things you love.
But don’t forget healthy foods like nuts, seeds, bacon bits, eggs, even garbanzo and kidney beans once in a while, if your carbs are in line.
Keep it simple, colorful, and mix it up every day so you do not get bored!
