National Chocolate Day is October 28th and if you are like me, it can sometimes be tough to pass it by. What if I told you there is a guilt free treat that you can enjoy?
Rich, gooey, decadent and totally guilt-free dessert – it won’t get any better than this! These healthy brownie truffles are not only raw, vegan, grain free, gluten free and ready in 15 minutes, but they are actually really nutritious and good for your body!

Raw Vegan Brownie Truffles Recipe
Total time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
(makes 9 truffles)
1 cup soft medjool dates, pitted
½ cup cashews, raw
½ cup pecans, raw
¼ cup raw cocoa powder
pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp of coconut milk
Extras (optional): ¼ cup of shredded coconut and ¼ cup of raw cocoa powder for rolling
Instructions:
Add dates, cashews, pecans, cocoa powder and salt to a food processor. Blitz until you have a consistency of wet sand.
Keep the food processor running while slowly adding coconut milk, tablespoon by tablespoon. Continue blending until sticky dough is formed.
Divide the dough in 9 even parts. Use your hands to form round truffle shapes.
Roll each truffle in shredded coconut or raw cocoa powder. Enjoy straight away or refrigerate before serving.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
