Farmers Market Find: Fresh Baked Breads

Every time I hit the Farmers Market I go for the express purpose of trying to find something unique that is a great deal too. Last week was the last market of the season for one of the markets I go to so I made sure to stop by to see what goodies I could find. This week a local bakery was there and I was excited to be able to stock up on some of the delicious breads and rolls that they make for my hubby and son. Here is what I scored!

Some of the breads and rolls I found this week was their Sourdough loaf that is sliced for sandwiches. This compact, dense loaf is perfect for a sandwich or toast in the morning. Full of flavor and no preservatives, just they way it should be. I also picked up several loaves of Peasant bread in the baguette style and also in the roll style. Perfect for meals of any type. I love this crusty bread. It is very much like a Cibatta bread. So good and also no preservatives.

This bakery also makes granola which I enjoy snacking on for breakfast so I make sure to grab a container of that too. I love the fresh taste and it saved me time from making it.

The prices for these breads and granola are all excellent. They are $4 a loaf here, which is pretty decent. Plus I buy several for freezing until I can find them again. I heard they are moving closer so I can stop by their store when i am in town to pick up my faves until the Market opens again.

I love shopping my Farmers Markets. I always find some amazing fresh foods at great prices! What is your favorite thing to find at the markets?
