Experience Amazing Views at The Grand Canyon

I’ve traveled a lot in my life. Even as a child we hit the road quite a number of times by car, plane, even lived in other countries. I guess you could say I am well-versed in travel.

With that said, it’s been a number of years since I have seen some of the sights. When I was a child one of our stops was The Grand Canyon. I remember it, of course, but it has been years!

On our current trip one of the stops my son and his girlfriend wanted to make was to The Grand Canyon. I was excited to see it again because it’s been such a long time.

Experience Amazing Views at The Grand Canyon

One thing you realize as an adult as how far it is really is from civilization. But the trip getting to it is quite amazing.

Traveling through reservation land and seeing all of the beautiful works offered by the craftsmen is worth the trip as well.

The first glimpse of The Grand Canyon is truly an amazing sight. Then as we went from stop to stop it became apparent that it’s almost inconceivable how big it truly is.

There are warnings about climate and hiking. But all in all the canyon truly is awe inspiring and so worth the time it takes to get there.

I was excited to see they have hotels in the park as well as plenty of tour options. We’ve all seen the helicopters but there’s also bus tours, special vehicle tours, like jeeps and hummers not to mention camping.

There are many different ways to see this amazing place I would love to come back and do some special tours like the evening tour which I understand is quite a remarkable experience.

Visiting the Grand Canyon was truly worthwhile. I’m so glad we have the opportunity to go. It is so much better as an adult!! I suspect will be back again at some point. You should put it on your list of must see places in the US.
