I know several people on the keto diet right now. I’ve actually dabbled with it myself but I have not fully committed to it yet. It is a unique diet that balances specific fats and proteins which has shown to be successful for weight loss for many people.

I expected it to be sweeter than it was so I added a little splash of sugar-free syrup. Delicious and so easy. The Vanilla and Cinnamon comes with a bit of Stevia in it; the others have no added sweeteners. The Vanilla was my favorite flavor with the Cacao running a close second. The original was good but I like flavors more.
