The slow cooker is the best invention. I love using mine and this week I scored a great deal on some pork tenderloins. I really wanted to try something a bit different so I used my slow cooker to cook up this easy recipe. It came out so tasty and because the meat is not super thick, it cooked in 6 hours. Perfect for those days you forget to start the meal in the morning.
Easy Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Ingredients:
4-5 lb Pork Tenderlion
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tbsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Season Salt
Directions:
Lay the pork loin on the slow cooker. Add the soup and the seasonings. Cover and cook on high for about 6 hours. This creates a delicious gravy so you can serve with potatoes or rice.
The sauce was wonderful and the meat came out fall apart tender. It is definitely a winner and one that we will be making again!
