Double Protein Breakfast Burger Recipe

Part of my healthy living and healthy eating lifestyle changes include a high protein diet. Finding easy to prepare meals that I can make quickly is something I need as most of the time I am making something just for me. I eat several smaller meals throughout the day and that helps not only my weight loss but also feel so much better too.

This recipe is something that my husband and son enjoy and while the first time I tried it, I thought it would be awful, it actually is quite good. Not to mention, easy to make too!

I will make it for breakfast after working out when I need extra protein. But I also make it for lunch or dinner too. There is no limit to the ways to enjoy this easy burger recipe. Great for those on keto too!

Double Protein Breakfast Burger Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Ground Beef Patty
1 Fried Egg – over medium
1 Slice cheese – optional
seasonings of choice

Directions:

Prepare your burger and using a grill pan, cook to the desired temperature. Just before the burger is done add your cheese. In a separate pan, fry your egg in your favorite manner. I like mine over medium so the yoke is slightly runny. Season the egg and serve on top of the burger.

Super easy, fast, and delicious! Perfect for any time.
