Remember the saying “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up”? That’s what I feel like most of the time when it comes to diet and exercise. Frustration, anger, inability to stay motivated; all of these apply to me.

Most days I wonder why I can’t get back into the routine I was in last year and the year before. Things changed, my job hours changed, even my pool that I usually live in in the summer has failed me. LOL! Finding a routine is definitely a critical portion of being successful, in every aspect.

Who’s Tamilee? She’s the Buns of Steel girl with the best-selling DVD that made a huge impact in the fitness world. She has created a cool membership site that allows you to create your own workout plan using her beginning to advanced videos. Perfect for any activity level and age group.

What’s neat about this is the variety of workouts that you can use. She has the videos broken down into 10 minute, 15 minute, and 20 minute segments. Plus, you can focus on specific parts of your body.

So if you want to work on your abs but you only have 10 or 15 minutes, you can go over to that time work out page and simply click on the link of the workout video to get started.

Tamilee covers multiple areas in her workouts: abs, arms and abs, buns, cardio, lower body, step. She also has a one mile walk and 20 minute cardio dances which look very cool. I’m gonna have to try some of those!

She also has some fabulous stretch videos – one for the chair, which is perfect for beginners, one for standing, and one for the floor.

With new content coming on a regular basis, this is a great site to use to craft your own workout based on what you want to work and how much time you have. She even has a private Facebook group that will give you inspiration, motivation, and most importantly, the support that we need.
