Have you ever devoured something because it was just so good? I sure did today because I made this amazing breakfast burrito and I realize that I haven’t shared those with you in a while. Or if ever.
I know I shared my tortillas that I found last year at Walmart. They were a very low-carb, high-fiber tortillas but they were no longer available.
So I switched to a different brand that they are now carrying called Xtreme Wellness by Ole Mexican Foods. These are 100% Whole Wheat with Flax Seed and they are soft, flexible, and so delicious.
Just 50 calories per serving and only five net carbs! So these will work for a keto diet, low-carb, or diabetics. I keep one in the freezer on at all times.
This morning I made breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, cheese, and some crumbled up bacon that I had. So amazingly delicious. Sorry no picture because they were gone in a flash!
These low carb high fiber tortillas are also perfect for sandwich wraps which I eat often. Definitely a great solution to those that cannot eat bread but want something different.
If you have a Walmart around, they would be with the tortillas. Usually I find them on the bottom shelf. Check them out and try them for yourself. I think you will be surprised!
UPDATE: I did find them by the 4 pack box on Amazon too.
