This EWG guide is meant for individuals who want to reduce their exposure to pesticides in produce but find it expensive to buy all organic fruits and vegetables. Known as the Dirty Dozen Plus, it includes produce that is best purchased organic because it contains higher levels of pesticide residue when compared to other produce. This list is helpful, although buying organic is always best when possible.

My Thoughts on The Complete 10-Day Detox Diet Plan and Cookbook
I love this book! With amazing color pictures and loaded full of information, you cannot beat the plan that the author gives you. She guides you through so many processes to cleanse and detox your body with healthy food choices, such as the list above.
Easy to prepare meals and recipes are a plus in this awesome book and it is one that you will reach for time and again. I love including some of these recipes in my meals so that my family benefits from the recipes and cleansing.
