One of the toughest parts about eating low-carb is dealing with some of the cravings.
I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love pizza, but when you’re eating low-carb, it can be rough to find a good substitute.
Yes, we can make crustless pizzas with a base of cheese, but sometimes you don’t have the time. Frozen pizzas are decent, but sometimes they don’t hit the mark flavor-wise.
I usually get a cauliflower pizza that I shared with you before, but I was looking for something a little different and found this Quest Meat Lovers pizza with a flourless crust. It gives you that low-carb need, and it’s also high protein. The 13 g of fiber is an added bonus. Big win!
But is it even good? Always the question of the day when we’re spending money on something we’re just not sure about.
So I picked one up to try for lunch one day.
Fast Forward – my husband was having a craving, and he is really fighting to stay on his low-carb path, so I made this for lunch. It’s the perfect size for that, and I love the four net carbs and 22 g of protein.

So what are the results?
It was good. You can definitely taste more of the cauliflower flavor hint in the crust, but it was firm and definitely satisfied the cravings.
I like the mixture of meat. That too was tasty. For a quick lunch or dinner, this is a great size.
The Quest Meat Lovers Flourless Pizza is definitely one that I would buy again and keep on hand for those meal emergencies.
Overall, I would probably add a little bit more flavor with some garlic and basil, and maybe a tad more cheese. I am a cheese girl afterall.
