I think most of us get to a point where we just hate to try and figure out what we are going to cook every day. I remember always asking my mom the famous question – What’s for Dinner? She would just groan! LOL
Now I understand!
I hate trying to figure out something different and new too. We get board of the same old stuff.
So now I have an arsenal of easy to prepare meals that don’t take a lot of ingredients and are low carb. It keeps it simple and affordable too. Plus, I can get the food on the table in a flash.
Here is an easy 3 ingredient meal that is going to be on my menu this weekend. Give it a try!
3 Ingredient Low Carb Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe
The nice thing about this recipe is that there are dozens of ways to make it. You can use different types of cheese from mozzarella to provolone or both. Add ham or vegetables to create a versatile, easy, and delicious meal.
• 1 lb. chicken breasts (pounded out)
• 10 slices of your choice of cheese
• 10 slices of deli ham
Pound out the cutlets, fill with two slices each cheese and ham, roll them after you’ve stuffed them to your liking. Use a toothpick to hold them together, if necessary.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until the juices run clear.
Of course, as with all recipes, you can add salt and pepper to taste, red pepper flakes, garlic, poultry seasoning, cayenne pepper; to your particular tastes and desires. But, it remains the same three ingredients, easy quick-fix meal that is low-carb.
