This is definitely a dvd for the intermediate to advanced workout fitness levels and not for the faint at heart. Teri knows how to work your abs and core and this program will give you the definition you are looking for. Here is what you will need for this workout.

Rolled up Towel
1 Heavier Weight

Teri goes through how to activate your muscles and hold them for development. Not only for the workout but for everyday life too. Great tips and info.

- Outer Core Fit & Fierce with Inner Core Activation
You have the choice of three workouts. You can do them in order or choose to jump through and select the on you want to work on. These are tough workouts. Teri walks you through each one and offers modification for those that are beginning. Her voice is calm and effective and she gives great direction.
Section one works on cardio and your upper body. It is a combination of floor work and standing. Section two works on your legs and works on strengthening those beautiful muscles plus activating that core. The last section is mainly on the floor but you can modify that even with a chair.
