I have an addiction to anything by author Louise Bay. Her amazing character development can leave you breathless. So whenever I am asked to review one of her new releases, such as this one, Park Avenue Prince, I am definitely first in line.

Here are my thoughts on this new contemporary romance, starring the amazing Sam Shaw. Sigh….

The prince of Park Avenue finally meets his match in a feisty Manhattan princess.

I’ve made every one of my billions of dollars myself – I’m calculating, astute and the best at what I do. It takes drive and dedication to build what I have. And it leaves no time for love or girlfriends or relationships. But don’t get me wrong, I’m not a monk. I understand the attention and focus it takes to seduce a beautiful woman. They’re the same skills I use to close business deals. But one night is where it begins and ends. I’m not the guy who sends flowers. I’m not the guy who calls the next day.

Or so I thought before an impatient, smart-talking, beyond beautiful heiress bursts into my world.

When Grace Astor rolls her eyes at me – I want to hold her against me and show her what she’s been missing.

When she makes a joke at my expense – I want to silence her sassy mouth with my tongue.

And when she leaves straight after we f–k with barely a goodbye – it makes me want to pin her down and remind her of the three orgasms she just had.

She might be a princess but I’m going to show her who rules in this Park Avenue bedroom.

A sexy, standalone, contemporary romance.

My Review of Park Avenue Prince by Louise Bay

I love seeing a new story unfold. I marvel at how an author can put together and create perfect characters that mesh together and are just so right for each other.

This is the story of Sam and Grace. I actually had to warm up to Sam in this one. It was not an instant love affair for me. I’m not sure why as I am usually connected to the characters Louise Bay creates. But Sam had to grow on me but it did not take long. And by about midway through the book, I was ready for my own happily ever after with him. He is super sweet, scared, and a bit damaged.

Grace is also sweet and fights to stand on her own. She has an interesting view of life and a fast growing connection to Sam. I love the way they see each other, slowly cannot be without each other, and the depth of their relationship when they realize the truth.

Louise Bay has crafted yet another story that is so deep and engrossing that it is easy to became emotionally attached. Crying at the sad parts and cheering at the good parts. I can never get enough of her writing. She has quickly become a reading addiction by consistently crafting books that speak to the heart and you simply need to read.
