I have been researching many different methods for weight loss over the past few years. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of different programs and plans out there. It’s confusing and crazy.
One of the things I have learned and experienced is that the purity of the food really matters. Over the past several years, I have changed the way I have eaten and I have learned much about what will affect my body in positive and negative ways.
However, that doesn’t mean that I am able to always stick with it and lose the weight. I am still in the roller coaster phase and frankly I’m tired of it.
I am of the belief that God has provided everything that my body needs to heal and stay healthy. In fact, the Paleo eating plan comes from that type of thinking. From natural remedies and proper foods, I’m becoming more in tune with the clean eating, back to basics trend.
