Holidays can be tough when you are on a specific eating plan. I get it! Been there a thousand times… well, it feels like it anyway.
But one thing I have learned is that you have to have a plan to make it through the holiday feasting.
Memorial Day Eating Plans
So my plan is to make a huge salad for all to share and add plenty of proteins. We are making my favorite grilled chicken that is so easy and delicious. Plus, there will be a lot of healthy choices like watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, cucumber salad and even healthy appetizers too!
Whatever you do, don’t stress out and enjoy your day. If you do fall off plan, get right back on tomorrow! Don’t forget the water!!!!!
