Disc 1 is all about weighted superset training for your upper body, lower body and glutes. Over 2 hours of workouts! This is your week 1-3 disc

Disc 2 offers over two hours of weights plus plyo super sets for your lower body, upper body and glutes that will push endurance and take you to higher levels of fitness. This is your week 4-6 disc

Disc 3 is your Peak Week finishing disc. For competitors or for someone that wants to look their absolute best. This gives you 30 minutes of non-stop plyometric super sets designed to burn off the excess fat. This is only recommended for 7-10 days at the most.

She also includes a cardio plan and workout sessions too! Along with the discs and workouts is a 7 week food plan with shopping lists and recipes. She even has Vegan recipes and plans inside the booklet too! This is a complete system that will kick your tail!

I have been working on her cardio plan for weeks 1, 3 & 5 and even with my sciatica issues, I am making some progress. Once I feel more confident and have gotten back to where I was, Disc 1 is next on the list. I know that with this plan, I can and will see results quickly! The intensity level is where I may have issues but I am game! Plus her food plan is on target! Easy to follow and the grocery checklist is great.
