If you have been following me for a while, then you know that I love juicing. I really got my health back a few years ago with this method. However, I have been lax in the past year posting my recipes. I keep vowing to get better and to get back to juicing more.
One of the best purchases I made was my Nutri-Bullet. I actually bought 2 of them on a deal and they are amazing to use for juicing. It is nothing like a traditional juicer.
The Nutri-Bullet actually pulverizes the food so you get every drop from it. Unlike a juicer, which just smashes everything and leaves the best part as waste you get every bit of nutrition, down to the plant cells.

Immunity Boost Smoothie Recipe from Nutri-Bullet

Ingredients
1/2 Orange
1/2 cup Carrot
1/2 cup Mango, frozen chunks
1 cup Coconut Water
1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1/2 tbsp Turmeric, fresh
1/2 tbsp Ginger Root, fresh
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
2 tbsp NutriBullet Protein Blend™ – optional
Directions
1 Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
2 Top with water, if needed to reach the MAX line.
3 Enjoy!
