I eat a lot of salads so it is easy to get bored. One thing I have done well is making sure that I keep a variety of ingredients on hand at all times. This helps me reduce excuses which I am famous for in my eating plan!
During the colder winter months, I have to admit, it can be tough to make yet another cold salad. There is one recipe that I love to make and that is a hot salad of sorts.
Before you cringe or close the page, hear me out.
Have you ever had a grilled romaine salad? Trust me it is fabulous! How about coleslaw on your chili cheese dog?
Well, both of those made me brave enough to whip up this salad on many of my salad days, cold weather or not. It is a blend of chili, cheese, and cole slaw and I love it! Check it out!
