Just a quick update since I have been MIA for a bit this month. I have had my butt kicked with illnesses and I am currently 6 days into bronchitis and still hacking like a banshee.
I’m not sure where I got it. But it certainly took a hold of me and even with two different antibiotic’s it’s kicking my butt. I actually had to call in sick to work which I think I’ve only done once in six years!
The weather is wacky. There’s some crazy illnesses going around right now, so make sure you wipe down absolutely everything you touch in the grocery stores, at restaurants, and any other public places. I’m very diligent for the most part, but something snuck up on me.
Stay healthy. I’m working on that myself. I am trying to drink tons of honey lemon water to flush out the toxins! Ick! I’m exhausted but I realize two things – 1) I need to slow down and 2) I need to take better care of myself.
