When it comes to BBQ meats, my husband is all over it. He loves the flavor and taste of BBQ and smoked meats. Not a fan of wet BBQ, we love the flavor of Dry Rubs.
Because we use the grill a lot during the warmer times of the year, we came up with this delicious yet quick and easy to whip up BBQ Pork Rub recipe that has become our go to for anything pork. It is great with ribs, roasts, chops, and even chicken. Give it a try!
BBQ Pork Rub Recipe
1/3 cup Paprika
3 tbsp Dry Mustard
4 tbsp Granulated Onion
5 tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Seasoned Salt
2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
Mix all ingredients together and use liberally on your meat before cooking. A shaker bottle works great so you do not contaminate the rub. Store the remaining rub in a cool, dark spot for later use.
We use this recipe so often we keep it on hand all the time. Give it a try and let me know how you like it!
