Quick and Easy Homemade Brisket Nachos Recipe

There are a few foods that I am addicted to and have a hard time getting away from even in a low carb lifestyle. However, making changes so that I can enjoy the foods I love every so often can be as is as simple as re-creating the food at home.

I love Mexican food. The spice, the crunch, the texture, just makes me happy. Although I stay away from flour tortilla products, I can and allow myself some corn tortilla products once in a while. So the other night I was craving some nachos and decided to make this quick and easy recipe that our whole family enjoyed.

Simple and easy, this recipe can be pumped up with all of your favorites like salsa, guacamole, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, and so on.

Quick and Easy Homemade Brisket Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
Corn tortilla strips
Shredded Mexican cheese blend or cheddar or whatever you have in house.
Chopped brisket from a restaurant like Dickies.
Salsa and any other toppings

Directions
Heat your oven to 425 and layer your tortillas on a sheet pan, single layer. Add the cheese and meat plus other items you want to include. Heat for about 10 minutes but be careful of burning the chips so if it is done earlier then pull it out earlier.

This recipe is so easy to change around. Make it with chicken, add beans or whatever you fancy. So easy and good! You will get your cravings satisfied in a hurry!
