Plus, let’s face it, fruit in its natural form is affordable and tastes amazing. Plus, it is a powerhouse full of health benefits, fiber, and flavor.
I am also cognizant of protein as well, so I remembered that Chia Seeds have an incredible amount of fiber along with protein. So I stocked up, and here’s what I made to have with my lunch today

Ingredients:
So in here I added a three-berry blend of berries, which includes blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries. This is made by Wymans, and it’s in the frozen food section.
I also added a small gala apple, which also has a great deal of fiber.
I added a Triple Zero Cup of berry-flavored yogurt, 2 tablespoons of organic Chia seeds, and enough water to blend this into a drinkable consistency.
First of all, the taste was amazing, and it was so refreshing!!
The Breakdown:
I put this into MyFitnessPal, and for a 16-ounce glass, it has
342 cal
20 g of protein
17 g of fiber.
