One of the hardest things to do when eating healthy and low carb or keto is to keep fast and easy meal items and ideas on hand so the drive-through does not call your name.
One of the easiest meals that has become a go-to for me is my chili. I shared this recipe with you before on this site. You can make it with or without the beans.
Without beans, if you enjoy the keto plans. With beans, if you want fiber and healthy carbs. Just increase the meat to adjust for the reduction or deletion of the beans.
Why chili? It becomes the base for other meals!
It is one of my favorite addition to my salads. Plus you can whip up an amazing and filling omelet, or scrambled eggs for lunch or dinner that will have your tummy and your family cheering!
Easy Chili Omelet Recipe: Low-Carb Meal in 10 Minutes
Instructions:
I make my omelets with 3 eggs, salt, pepper, and cheese. But make it you favorite way!
Once the eggs are cooked, add the chili and a tiny bit more cheese to finish it out!
If you cannot make omelets, soft scramble the eggs and fold them over onto the plate. Top with chili and devour!
