Since I started eating my ridiculously big salads most days, I have had so many people ask me if I get bored eating the same thing over and over.
The thing is while it is a salad, it is not Just a Salad. It is a huge meal in a bowl. My salads are never the same day to day. This is keto; heavy on the veggies, not on the protein.
Daily Salad Recipes
First I start with my meal prep. I make sure I have plenty of variation and everything is ready to eat every day. I will change up the veggies and the proteins. The salad dressings change too so I never get tired of the same thing over and over. This meal will run between 1000-1400 cal., depending on the dressing and cheese
I keep my meals packed with variety. Here are some typical ingredients for me.
- Romaine lettuce
- Broccoli Slaw
- Red Cabbage
- Shredded Carrot
- Radishes
- Cucumber
- Cheese
- Celery
- Kidney and Garbanzo Beans
- Protein 6-8 oz
