I think it is funny how I seem to read the same type of stories and authors over and over. I must really know the genre’s that I enjoy well. Charmaine Pauls is one of these authors that I have read several times, and always with great satisfaction.

Here is one of her upcoming books that I was delighted to be asked to read and review. Like all of her stories, it is set in South Africa which adds so much realism and added tension. Check out:

Old Enough: The Age Between Us by Charmaine Pauls Book Review

I was curious about this story and what she would do to make this reverse May to September romance an okay situation. It is funny how people view others when the man is older – that is acceptable. However, when the woman is older, then that is seen differently. Shame and disgust can be evident even from your good friends.

This story is one of those stories. A hidden secret romance that has a huge secret attached to it. However, this young man has an old soul and is dedicated to this woman, regardless of what others say and do. That can be very dangerous.

The author has brought us a solid glimpse at this budding yet somewhat dark romance, with a hint of danger and a taste of suspense attached. Loaded with super hot connections and plenty of erotic steam, you will need to make sure the fans are running to keep yourself cool. I am definitely rooting for Team Brian! I need to find me one!

However, this book is just the wind up to the whole romance. Ending on a hot cliffhanger, we have to wait a bit to get the rest of the story. I, for one, cannot wait to see how this one will play out!
