If you have been following me and my website for a while then you know that I usually stick to a low-carb diet. I post a lot of recipes and tips about my experiences with eating with restricted carbohydrates.
What low carb means is that the type of carbs that you eat are restricted. This usually is mainly different types of flours and white sugar; certain fruits would be restricted and there maybe even some type of legumes that you may not choose to eat, although most of them are complex carbs.
While we all try to be perfect, I do get cravings. Sometimes I give in and will indulge in some pasta. While I can’t eat regular pasta anymore because it does hurt my stomach, what I have found is that gluten-free pasta does not mess me up. And a little will go a long way so I can enjoy a small bit and not feel guilty in the least.
Check out Three Bridges Pasta
So I found out about this product called Three Bridges Pasta. This is a fresh pasta product line that includes wonderful combinations of flavors in their ravioli, tortellini, and gnocchi. These delicious pastas and sauces are made with simple, wholesome ingredients. All their products are free from artificial colors, sweeteners, preservatives, antibiotics, and hormones.
How does Wild Mushroom Ravioli sound? What about Grilled White Chicken and Prosciutto Ravioli? How about Triple Cheese Tortellini or Organic Red Beet and Spinach Ravioli?
Maybe you’re a purist and would enjoy cooking up your own pasta such as Angel Hair, Fettuccine, or Linguine. You can also check out their sauces, like Heirloom Marinara, Pesto or Alfredo Sauce. It is making me hungry.
