2 Quick and Easy Dairy-Free Recipes from Milkadamia
Creamy Tomato Soup with Croutons
Servings: Servings: 4
Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients
• 1 can favorite tomato soup (we used Amy’s vegan tomato)
• 1 cup milkadamia, unsweetened
• 4Tbs butter
• 3 slices French bread (or what you have on hand), cubed
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1 tbsp (rosemary, thyme or oregano, whatever you have on hand)
Directions
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
2. Mix soup and milk in pan and warm over low heat
3. While soup is warming melt butter in small pan and add minced garlic and herbs. Toss in bread cubes to coat.
4. Put cubes on baking sheet and toast for ~10mins
One Bowl Brownies
Servings: Servings: 6–8
Time: 50 minutes
INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup applesauce
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup milkadamia buttery spread
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup vegan sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. In a microwave-safe bowl melt butter, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, sugar, and salt for 1 minute, stirring until chocolate is completely melted.
2. Stir in vanilla and applesauce until well combined. Then fold in the flour until no lumps remain.
3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs.
