I am finally able to take some time off this year! I am so excited to be able to travel to my home state. Prayers are appreciated!
While this is a trip for family reasons, I am going to be able to spend plenty of quality time with my son and his girlfriend who are traveling right now too. They are meeting me in Minneapolis and we will be seeing some sights and visiting.
One of the places that we will be visiting is my family home up north in Minnesota. With the passing of my dad at the end of 2020, sadly this property has been sold. However, I still have family on the lake. So we are going to spend some time there so I can get some closure. I know that is going to stink big time. This is the place my heart calls home for some reason.
Over the years I have been running this site, I have shared some images with you of my home and journey through the midwest. This time I am flying but I hope to bring back plenty of pictures for you to see and maybe you can add this place to your bucket list.
