Looking for a new release that promises a relaxing yet fun read? That is what I look forward to the most when picking up a new book and this lighthearted romance I was able to review is a great one to check out.

My Thoughts on Still the One by Jill Shalvis:

Normally in life it is the guy that is gun shy and hates the word commitment but in this book, the heroine has major issues! Issues that almost made me a bit crazy myself. But I fell hard for AJ. He is patient, kind, and a bit nuts for Darcy. He just doesn’t want to share that with anyone, especially her.

This is a fun read that is lighthearted, interesting and deals with emotional issues that can crop up when feelings get in the way. The author did a great job with the unique storyline and I love her writing style. While this new book is in a series of topics, it is a stand alone read, which I appreciate.

I had never had the pleasure of reading a book by Jill Shalvis before but you can bet that Still the One is not the last. This is the perfect book for curling up with and escaping reality for a bit! Make sure to check it out!
