This fitness workout is a focused, athletic lower body workout. This program contains four different mini-workouts of 5, 6, 7 and 8 minutes in length plus two bonus workouts. So whether you’ve got only 5 minutes or 50, these workouts will tone, tighten and make you feel great.
5 Minute Tabata:
You will work hard for 20 seconds, rest for 10, and after completing 8 rounds of this, you’ll get one minute to recover.
6 Minute Thighs:
We all want great thighs and this workout is guaranteed to tighten and tone, giving you thighs you’ll be proud to show off.
7 Minute Calves:
Well defined calves are not only feminine and sexy, but having strong and toned calf muscles make your legs look amazing in high heels and provide your body with a great foundation. My 7 minute workout will give you the legs you’re looking for.
8 Minute Glutes:
Who doesn’t want a gravity-defying backside? This 8 minute workout targets all the muscles in your glutes and hamstrings to give you a fitter and firmer booty.

About Your Sexy Everything with Ilyse Baker
Perfect for the intermediate to advanced fitness level, this dvd is just what you need to kick up your toning and strength.
She starts off with a warm-up that is awesome. This really will get your heart pumping and works your entire body. I’ve been using parts of this warm up before I start my walks too.
After the warm-ups, you go into your 5, 6, 7, or 8 minute exercise so you can choose what you want to work on. Or you can go through the sequence for a huge work out. It starts with the Tabata, then your six minute thighs, seven minute calves, eight minute glutes, and on.
There’s also three bonuses starting with a ballet moves, which is a five minute workout utilizing beautiful plies, amazing stretches, and a quick workout that is going to build muscles quickly and soothe your muscles.
Bonus number two is a dancers floor stretch. This is perfect or before or after workout. Beautiful stretches that will help relax you after a busy day. Just know that a lot of it is on the floor. This is about a 10 minute segment.
The third bonus is the Tabata tutorial. This is a cool work out it’s about five minutes long that will help you do quick segment work-out’s such as Burpee’s, high jumps, rock ‘n’ roll, push-ups, star jumps, and so many more. These 8 moves will get your heart rate pumping. And you can also use them to create your own work out.

This is a great DVD that is going to get your legs, thighs, and booty as well as the rest of your body in shape! Ilyse does go through the sequences very quickly so you will have to practice just to keep up, but you will definitely get your sweat on!

Dance based exercise videos are a favorite at our house. I would love to try Burn with the Beat because really cardio is a wonderful exercise and dance always makes me forget that is what I am doing.
