One of the hardest thing about juicing can be the prep. But I have learned that by cleaning and preparing your veggies right when you get home from buying them, you can have your favorite juice blend any time. That is what I do so I can make sure I enjoy my Quick and Easy Green Juice Recipe anytime.
Do you enjoy your juice in the morning, noon or night? Personally, I tend to drink mine in the afternoons or before dinner so I do not eat as much. Occasionally, I will have them between breakfast and lunch too. It really depends on my schedule that day. And now that the veggies are prepped and ready to go, you can have your anytime!

Quick and Easy Green Juice Recipe
This recipe is super easy to whip up and it loaded with so many vitamins and minerals for your body
Ingredients:
Handful of Kale, Spinach and Parsley
1 medium Apple
1/3 cucumber
1 stalk celery
Water to blend
Just use a juice extractor or nutribullet to blend it all together. Enjoy!
