I have never been an activist but I certainly have ethical beliefs and feel strongly about my beliefs. I have also never brought those beliefs to a public forum such as my website, however when I find myself shocked and appalled about a practice that continues today, I feel compelled to share.
When it comes to health and wellness taking care of yourself is the number one priority. After all, if you are not healthy then how can you care for others? When it comes to a necessary transplant, I can only imagine how devastating it can be to have to wait for an organ.
But when it comes to going to another country for a transplant, would you do it? What if you knew that organ came from a black market type situation? Would you still do it?
Check out this movie that researches the unbelievable practices still believed to be occurring today.
IT’S HAPPENED BEFORE: Governments killing their own citizens for their political or spiritual beliefs. But it’s never happened like this.
It’s happened so often that the world doesn’t always pay attention. But is economic influence the reason, that this time, it’s going largely unreported? It’s hard to believe that doctors would carve up innocent people so their organs could be sold. It’s even harder to believe that major media are not investigating. Yet it happened tens of thousands of times, and may be happening still.
Hard to Believe is a documentary that examines the issue of forced live organ harvesting from Chinese prisoners of conscience, and the response—or lack of it—around the world. Produced by Swoop Films, two-time Emmy Award-winning director/producer, Ken Stone, and Irene Silber.

This is an eye opening movie that everyone needs to watch. Educators and the medical community needs to watch and share. People need to have conversations about how to stop this and intercede for those affected.
I am thankful that I do not have to make a life altering decision about my life. I pray for those that have been affected by this – both those receiving the organs and those that have been killed because of the practice.
A quote comes to mind when thinking about this movie. – “If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything”. Sad situation.
