Everything I Left Unsaid by M. O’Keefe

I love it when you pick up a book and what you expect from it is nothing like what you get from it. This book I read for review came out of no where and surprised the heck out of me with the authors powerful and descriptive writing. Classified as a romantic suspense, it may have you a bit wound up too. I am publishing this review early so you will have to pre-order it, but you need to check out:

Everything I Left Unsaid by M. O’Keefe
Publisher: Bantam (October 13, 2015)
ISBN-13: 978-1101884485

Fans of Jodi Ellen Malpas, K. Bromberg, and Joanna Wylde will be unable to resist this sexy, deeply intimate tale of a woman running from her past, and the darkly mysterious man who sets her free.

I didn’t think answering someone else’s cellphone would change my life. But the stranger with the low, deep voice on the other end of the line tempted me, awakened my body, set me on fire. He was looking for someone else. Instead he found me.

And I found a hot, secret world where I felt alive for the first time.

His name was Dylan, and, strangely, he made me feel safe. Desired. Compelled. Every dark thing he asked me to do, I did. Without question. I longed to meet him, but we were both keeping secrets. And mine were dangerous. If I took the first step, if I got closer to Dylan—emotionally, physically—then I wouldn’t be hiding anymore. I would be exposed, with nothing left to surrender but the truth. And my truth could hurt us both.

My Thoughts:
Holy Smokes…

This book had me tied up and wrapped around the axle the entire way through this story. The mark of a talented author is to tell a story in such a way that the reader looses a part of themselves while reading it and M. O’Keefe nailed it on this one!

I loved the innocence of Annie and this author was able to capture the pureness of her while at the same time show her strength, vulnerability, and fear as a victim. I was captivated by this fabulous story.

The smoking hot phone calls and when these two finally met … wow! Totally hot and very sensual. Dylan was strong and caring but very vulnerable too. The two worked perfectly together.

This author did an amazing job with the plot and the storyline as a whole. I loved having 2 different POV’s as it really gives the story a complete view.

Hate cliffhangers and this one has a fat one that I was really not expecting. I am sooo not happy having to wait to find out what the outcome will be. But trust me, I will not miss the second part of this story. This author is definitely one to watch for amazing storytelling talent.
