I think by now everyone has heard of the Keto diet. Maybe you have tried it or you know someone who has lost a substantial amount of weight on it.

There are different variations of the Keto diet. One being the traditional healthier method where you track your carb intake and you consume 70 to 75% of your calories from fat and 20 to 25% from protein. Most people try to have 5% or 20g or less net carbohydrates.
