Every day I think about switching this for that. Eat this not that. Maybe this plan will work. Or maybe this plan will work. 🙁
It is exhausting trying to find something I will stick to every day and that will work. It is a daily struggle.

How did you find your perfect plan for your body? Am I wasting time at this point to even try and find something that works? I know it is more mental first before anything can happen and I know I have to work on that. My gym equipment is un-covered and ready to go. I just need to get to it.
I am so disgusted with my progress and sad…. really sad.
