If you have been following my reviews for a while, then you probably know that I love romance novels and I really enjoy a good suspense story too. This is the second book I have read and reviewed by Shayla Black and I was expecting a romance but what I got as a good suspense story too.
Here are my thoughts on this upcoming release.

Devoted to Love by Shayla Black Review
When I looked up the list of books by the author I was surprised at how many books she has written. I need to grab a few more as I really enjoy her writing.
This upcoming book has a great mixture of romance and suspense going on to keep the interest level high. The author gave us some great characters that were not perfect by any means. In fact, Maggie had some issues that prevented her from being a character I enjoyed as much as a typical romance. But the ending made up for a lot of what I did not like earlier in the story.
I loved the unique plot and the twists that Black kept throwing out there. The supporting characters were surprising and even a bit creepy in many ways and that kept those pages turning!
With a great plot pulled from the headlines and wonderfully developed characters, Devoted to Love is a mixture of suspense, sexiness, and surprises. Definitely worth the read!
