Compromising Her Position by Samanthe Beck

When you have a long or hard day, there is nothing better than curling up with a good read and just letting everything else go. Do you agree? With the choice of so many amazing books out there, it is easy to just get lost in a story. Some days I love a light, fluffy romance and that is just what this author is bringing to the table. I had not had the pleasure of reading this author prior to this review, but this will certainly not be the last book by her I enjoy. Check out:

Synopsis

When Chelsea Wayne drags Santa into a supply closet for a little office party nookie, she assumes the man in the suit is her on-again/off-again coworker boyfriend. Instead, it’s Rafe St. Sebastian, a man known for his hard-driving ways in business as well as the bedroom—and, kill her now, the brand spanking new owner of Las Ventanas—who grants her naughtiest Christmas wishes.

So much for her reputation, not to mention her career.

Rafe needs to close three acquisitions to prove to his father he’s ready to take the helm of St. Sebastian Enterprises. A hot interlude in a supply closet after deal number two seems like the perfect illicit Christmas bonus. Unfortunately, when that “bonus” becomes the key to the final deal, he finds himself back in bed—so to speak—with Chelsea, and after their steamy tryst, he’s not interested in keeping things professional…

My Thoughts:
Some days I love to snuggle in with a great billionaire romance novel. They are a fun trend that allows us to dream of hot, sexy guys and forget all of our troubles. This book is set in a lovely resort location and offers a great way to get away from it all and put ourselves in someone elses shoes for a bit.

This story starts out with a bang with Hot Santa that turns quickly into crazy mess for Chelsea the one time she tries to embrace her naughty side. The up and coming executive ends up quitting her job and taking another to get away from the stressful situation and put hot Santa out of her mind only to find that he isn’t letting go quite that easily.

The story is full of heat and passion, a few misunderstandings, plus plenty of innuendo and steam to keep you turning those pages. I loved the character development and the internal dialogue that both of the characters offer. Plenty of humor and some sweetness too! This ebook is a fun and exciting read that you will not soon forget!

I really enjoyed this book and I am so glad that I found a new author to follow too. Check out this title and others by Samanthe Beck. I certainly am!
