Didn’t feel like a salad today so I made this ultr Didn’t feel like a salad today so I made this ultra low carb/keto plate. That was super delicious.  My tortilla is actually a keto type called Xtreme Wellness and it has two net carbs. I’ve been eating it for years and it’s delicious.  I also picked up some fresh fruit this week, so I wanted to include some today. Pineapple contains bromelain, which is great for inflammation, loads of fiber, manganese, vitamin C, and so many other nutrients for your body.  Also, you see an assortment of veggies, some pickles, two hard boiled eggs , and some jalapeño dip made with jalapeños, artichokes, sour cream, mayo, cheese, and it’s amazing. Ugly, fast, but not the full story! I was really Ugly, fast, but not the full story!  I was really hungry while I was making the eggs so I was eating all of my side veggies. So this is all I ended up with today for my picture. 😂  Super tasty, but I even forgot the cheese. I was hungry enough to scarf it down.  Hamburger, coleslaw, mix, bacon, hard-boiled eggs. The rest of it was my cut veggies that I was munching on while preparing the eggs. It doesn’t have to be hard to make an easy lunch o It doesn’t have to be hard to make an easy lunch or dinner. Real food means simply skipping the drive-through and skipping the boxed goods.  First picture is the foundation. Second picture is what I ended up with.  I add in the spicy pinto beans because I need the fiber and the sauce acts as the dressing so I’m saving calories on the dressing. 💥 look for a brand that has extremely minimal added ingredients.
