I love it when a book starts out like any other but then you get the best surprises along the way. This author knows how to up the ante and brings an amazing talent to this book that you will. not soon forget! My Thoughts:
I have to say, I fell in love with this amazing book. It started out like any typical romance book. Two sisters and one guy… not sure where that was going. But then you are introduced to some problems. Hurt and betrayal. Deeply emotional but a simmering love beneath it all.
Alia and Nate are sweet and endearing characters that I really liked but then the author kicked it up by pouring her heart into this story. Amazing descriptions of an all consuming love that literally takes your breath away and leaves you misty eyed in places, wondering if they can ever figure it all out. Hot, sensual, sexy, and sooooo good!
This is not the first book I have read by Serena Bell and I knew when I saw her name on this I had to review it. Amazing writing ability, loaded with description that sucks you in and will not let you go. Gosh, I loved the amazing writing talent shown in this book!
This is more than a military romance. This is a military survivor story with the insight of what our vets deal with on a daily basis. A fabulous tribute to the caretakers and vets.
It is rare I do 5 stars, but this one deserves it!
