I love to dance. Now granted I am not very good, but I have taken a jazzercize class a time or two and enjoyed it greatly. So when I get the chance to try out and review a new workout routine that features dance, I know I am going to have fun.
This new workout dvd by Master Trainer, Ilyse Baker, is guaranteed to make you burn fat and sweat! Dancinerate combines Ballet, jazz, and modern dance for a workout that is crazy fast and fun!
Dancinerate: Burn with the Beat
This dvd offers two different dance routines, a warmup, and cool down. Plus an Ab and Booty workout too! A complete body workout that will pump you up! You will have to watch this several times in order to keep up. She uses multiple moves very quickly but great if you want to learn how to dance and exercise.
The warm up is fast! You start with a march to the music and side to side movements that use the whole body. It is very high paced with great dance moves like hip hop, grapevines, arm swings and so much more.
Ilyse offers excellent use of hips, arms, ans legs. Definitely a work out that’s going to get your cardio rate up high that includes multiple dance methods and moves for a graceful dancers body.
The Jazz session focuses on upper body for lengthening of the muscles great posture and plenty of tightening and toning. I love the music for a great pumped up workout. You will have to watch several times to keep up even though she is calling out the moves. This is going to be more for intermediate users to keep up.
The Hip-hop Funk session is great for the lower body. Fun dance moves that works the legs and core with cool dance moves. I love the music and beat but there was no way this girl could keep up! LOL
Again, she is very quick with great moves and great music. You’re definitely going to get a sweat going. She works every part of the body with great movement, grace and style. Definitely one that you’ll enjoy working out too.
You can do the routines back to back for the entire body workout.
She also includes a cool down with a beautiful session that will help you with some ballet style moves and other muscle relaxing deep breathing movements.
Then there is the option f=to work your abs and buns with a five minute workout that focuses on the core and is on the floor. This one too is definitely quick paced. A great one to use when you just want to do a quick workout.
