In the Santa Cruz area of California there is a quiet little beach I love to frequent. Known as Seacliff Beach, this small beach is known mainly to locals but it is considered a California park area too. I love spending time at this beach because of the unique location and the awesome cement ship that has been deteriorating over the past 60 years or more. Used as a training vessel from WWII, this broken yet beautiful ship has become its own attraction for humans and animals too.
Listening to the birds, sea lions and crashing waves that have all contributed to the breakdown of this ship is a peaceful pleasure and one not to be missed when traveling and visiting this area.
