Blood Orange Margarita Recipe

I have to say that I am a fool for margarita’s. They were my go to beverage of choice throughout my 20’s and 30’s and I have learned the delicate balance for a lovely recipe that is not loaded with sweet and sour and sugar. Too acidic and they are not as tasty as they should be. Creating them to be nice and smooth, made with fresh ingredients makes all of the difference in this cocktail.

I was excited to receive a recipe to share with my readers from the folks at IMUSA, the citrus juicer people, for their blood orange margarita. Beautifully fresh with that smooth finish you are looking for, this recipe is one that you will turn to time and again.
