I consider myself a beginner when it comes to workouts and fitness. I still have a long way to go when it comes to fitness and weight loss. While there are plenty of workouts that focus on a beginner to intermediate level sometimes it is harder to find workout dvd’s that focus on a more advanced user. I have reviewed several of Suzanne Bowen’s fitness dvd’s and always find her workout to be beautiful and perfect for targeting and toning your entire body. This new dvd is a combination of dance, yoga, Pilates, and classic barre with workouts made to torch and sculpt your bod.

This dvd offers 80 minutes of workouts that feature a Sculpt section, Ab workout, Thigh and Booty workout, Shoulder workout and a lovely relaxation and stretch session. Suzanne offers a challenging workout that allows you to jump through and mix up your routine to focus on the areas you want to target. The directions are straight forward and easy to follow and trust me, your bod will be sweating!

  5. What a great variety! I like the free trial–may give that a closer look when I’ve got a free weekend!

  6. I appreciate the recipes. It’s really helpful that I’ve learned to eat only when I’m hungry. It took a while to distinguish between when I am supposed to be hungry and when I really am hungry.
